Prof. Bill Ashcroft at the 90 Years Anniversary of the University of Cologne’s International Office

Prof. Bill Ashcroft (University of New South Wales) was invited to participate in the University of Cologne’s International Office celebration on Wednesday, 12 September 2018, formally celebrating the international office’s 90 years anniversary. As a leading scholar in postcolonial literary studies and former Dr. R. Marika Chair of Australian Studies in 2011 (funded by DAAD), Bill Ashcroft spoke (interviewed by Dr. Johannes Müller, International Office), about his long-standing connection with the University of Cologne and his collaboration with the Centre for Australian Studies, represented through its co-director Prof. Beate Neumeier.
